Does the wine club receive discounts on wine?
In lieu of discounts on wine, we’re switching up the traditional wine club feel and offering loyalty points for each dollar you spend. Depending on the club you choose, they can add up quickly and you can redeem your points earned on any future purchase. Wine club does receive discounts on merchandise and events. Explore the chart above to review the options and how they apply to points earned and merch and event discounts.
Do I get complimentary tastings as a wine club member?
Wine Club members do have access to special tasting privileges. For Like It members, tastings are buy one get one. Love It and Want Some More Of It members will receive two (2) complimentary tastings per visit.
Can I use points towards tasting fees?
Absolutely! The points you earn as a Wine Club member are basically money for you to spend however you’d like – we’re not here to micromanage. This is a good option for folks in the Like It wine club, as the other wine clubs receive two (2) complimentary tastings per visit.
How do I make changes to my wine club or customer account?
Feel free to hop online to make any adjustments or updates to your information. And if you’ve forgotten the password, there’s a link for that. If you need to cancel your club, please reach out to Team@TheSetWines.com as cancellations are processed on our end.
Can I customize my wine club selections?
We’re all about giving you what you want. For every club level, you’ll receive an email before each shipment with our proposed selections. You can stick with our picks or swap them out for other available wines. Just let us know your preferences before the deadline noted in your pre-shipment email.
How can I change my credit card or address on file?
You can update your payment info and shipping details anytime by logging into your account on our website. If you run into any issues, email Team@TheSetWines.com and we’ll get it sorted for you.
Do you offer industry discounts or an industry wine club?
Yes! We have an Industry Wine Club similar to the Like It Subscription model, but instead of points, you’ll receive 20% discount on all wines. We’ll let you know when it’s time for you to choose your selections, quantity of your choosing, or you can let the DJ choose the set list. To inquire about joining the Industry Club, reach out to Team@TheSetWines.com.
Will you notify me before each wine club shipment?
Absolutely! We’ll send you an email about two weeks before your wine is set to ship. This gives you time to update your shipping address, credit card, or make any other adjustments before we send your wines on their journey.
